Ultra Pure White

About Fluoropolymer

From near-pastels to bold colors, we have it all. Our 70% PVDF fluoropolymer finish meets the performance requirements of AAMA 2605 and resists chemicals, abrasion, chalking, and erosion. This high quality finish features a 30-year warranty, which means it will maintain its film integrity, vibrant color, and gloss for a long time to come. Because finish colors may vary from on-screen images, contact your local Kolbe dealer to request actual color samples or create a custom color.

Double Clear Coat

About Wood Stain

Kolbe products can be  finished on the interior with a water-based, low-VOC stain. After staining, a clear coat is applied, the surface is sanded, and a second clear coat is applied. Custom colors may be requested as well.

About Extruded Aluminum Cladding

A durable exterior helps safeguard the beauty of windows and doors, and helps prevent damage during harsh weather. This product has durable cladding of 6063 extruded aluminum alloy. Two exterior profiles are available for most VistaLuxe products — Flush Style and Accent Style — for just the right look.

Square Performance Divided Lites

(5/8" Square Profile PDL Bars)

About Performance Divided Lites

With Kolbe's performance divided lite (PDL) system, bars are adhered on the interior and exterior of an insulating glass unit and bars aligned within the unit. The internal bars do not hinder the flow of air or argon, so the space acts as a thermal break, making PDL more energy efficient than true divided lites.VistaLuxe Collection PDL bars have a square profile by default, and are available in many widths and patterns. Plus, 7/8" wide triangular profile PDL bars are available on the interior of most VistaLuxe products to replicate the look of steel windows.Bars are finished to match the exterior and/or interior, as requested.

Notes

Exterior PDL bars are not available with a triangular profile.

Triangular PDL bars are not available for triple pane glass units, sliding windows, or 1-3/4" thick doors.

Folding windows and doors have Bronze or Clear anodized weep sills for exterior applications. Or, recessed floor tracks are available for easier passage.

About Pleated, Sliding Screens

Sliding screens with polyester pleated insect mesh are available for various expansive window and door products.

Hardware & Operation

Hinge Handles

(Satin Nickel)

About Folding Panel Handles, Pulls & Locks

Hinge handles are included on most panels that fold to the exterior. For those without hinge handles, finger pulls are available. Top and bottom, concealed flush bolts are operated with either an Aria or Uno handle in various finishes. Or, if a handle is not desired, flush shoot bolts of various lengths may be requested in Satin Nickel (shown), Bright Brass, Matte Black or Chrome.
