Floor-to-ceiling all-aluminum CW50 curtain wall systems are fabricated to capture the Manhattan skyline at 809 Broadway--a moody, mixed-use renovation in Greenwich Village, New York City.

Originally a 6-story tower, ODA Architecture transformed 809 Broadway to now stand at 15 stories. The asymmetrical building includes office space, apartments, a shopping center, and even a private garden.
Black metal panels work together with the 10,000 square feet of new glass to create a façade that thoughtfully contrasts nearby structures. The curtain walls use aluminum frames powder-coated in a matte black to marry the opacity and translucency into a cohesive concept.

The result is a design that serves New Yorkers today and alludes to its future.
